Founded in 2002, Lagniappe Development Company is a DBE/WBE certified Prime Contractor with the State of Georgia (DBE contractor number 2LA101). Our office is located in downtown Buford, Georgia. We are currently working on several GDOT jobs as a subcontractor with Pittman Construction, CW Matthews, Reeves Construction, and Bartow Paving. Our scope of work has recently been expanded to include pervious concrete, concrete walls, and crack sealing.
We perform site concrete services for clients in the Metro Atlanta Area, including Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Lumpkin, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Rockdale, and Walton counties.
